Return & Refund Policy
1. Freshness Guarantee
At Mpoa Wangu, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. If your flowers arrive in a damaged state or fail to meet our freshness standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes, and food items, we cannot accept returns once the delivery has been signed for and accepted, unless there is a clear quality issue reported immediately.
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement.
- Requests must include clear photos of the damaged product.
- Gift items (non-perishables) can be returned within 48 hours if they are in their original packaging.
3. Refunds
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund via M-PESA or the original payment method within 24-48 hours of approval.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a 50% processing fee, as the flowers or cakes may have already been prepared.
